To obtain your CEPTC certificate for viewing the ondemand recording of the Innovation webinar "From Conception to Birth: The Evolution of Uterine Transplantation" click on the register button and select the $0 ticket.
Continue through each step, complete the evaluation form and at the end an invoice will be created for you and will be emailed to you. Ignore that invoice.
Following this registration process generates a CEPTC certificate for you which will be emailed to you and available for download through your portal account. Under "My Account" in the portal, you will find a link for certificates. From there you can download your certificate for your safe-keeping.
