Purpose/Goal:

Does getting “Survey-Ready” make you smile or make you want to cry? The information presented during this webinar will aid transplant centers in preparing for regulatory surveys by outlining key elements of program readiness and providing strategies for success. Let’s get survey-ready with a smile instead of shedding blood, sweat and tears!

Target Audience:
Members of the donation and transplantation community serving diverse populations to include administrators, coordinators, physicians, nurses, surgeons, managers, quality improvement specialists, social workers, and other donation and transplantation center professionals and their colleagues.

Learning Objectives:
At the end of the webinar, participants should be able to:

  • Demonstrate key aspects of program readiness for regulatory surveys to create a culture of Survey Ready at all times – not just in the “survey cycle window”.
  • Identify at least four tools of the trade you should include in your Survey readiness toolbox/toolkit.
  • Discuss strategies to ensure a smooth stress-free entrance by regulatory surveyors.
  • Recognize who and what to incorporate into a transplant survey command center.
